"Digital dental impression makes unpleasant impression material superfluous."

CEREC for ceramic dental restorations

Aesthetically pleasing – fast – minimally invasive

With CEREC technology we are able to restore both individual teeth and whole rows of teeth to look completely natural in a very short time.

  • The treatment of your teeth will be the least invasive possible: each tooth will only be reduced by as much as is medically necessary.
  • During this same visit, the restoration can be constructed on screen, milled from a ceramic block and then fitted perfectly.
  • Ceramic gives a totally natural look, is durable and also biocompatible, which means that intolerances and allergies occur very rarely.

Individual solutions in a very short time-frame

CEREC is the perfect option when time is short and you need a speedy solution to your problem. We can offer you assistance on an individual basis – often within one to two hours. Please contact us, even if you live some distance away and/or are only temporarily in Hamburg, for example, on a business trip or a city break.

CEREC is a modern
computer-based treatment system …

that enables us to take care of minor, moderate or major tooth damage quickly and comfortably – no need for impressions, or temporary crowns/fillings or any further appointments. This saves times and reduces the unpleasant side effects of dental treatment. CEREC technology is well suited to the fabrication of inlays, crowns, partial crowns and flat reconstructions.

  1. The first step is to clean the teeth and prepare them for the restoration. The surface is scanned using a special camera to provide us with a 3D image of the initial situation.
  2. Then special software enables us to plan on screen in just a few minutes how the individual tooth restoration should look.
  3. This data is transmitted to a milling machine in our practice and in a very short time indeed a ceramic inlay or crown will be produced on the spot with a perfect fit.
  4. The restoration is fitted using a special bonding technique and after a final polish it can barely be distinguished from your own teeth.

Ceramic is just as effective as natural tooth tissue

In terms of durability, hardness, performance and wear and tear, there is a 1:1 correlation. The exact colour of your teeth can be matched and the translucent quality of the ceramic restoration means that it can barely be distinguished from your own teeth.

Manageable costs

Because the reconstruction can be completed in a single appointment and the cost of ceramic is relatively stable, we are able to offer you very favourably priced treatment.
